What's up, my fellow bloggers! I'm excited to start filming my short film next week. For filming I'll be using my iPhone 15 Pro as the main camera. The phone works well for screen close-ups and general filming, but I will need some basic equipment from BECON TV to enhance the quality of my film. My main focus is getting proper lighting and sound. I plan to borrow their LED panel light with a dimmer to create the right room lighting, especially for the night scenes and the phone screen glow effects.
Moreover, I also need a tripod stabilizer to keep the shots steady throughout filming. For audio, I am getting their Rode microphone to capture clear sound effects like typing, notifications, and ambient noise. The last item is their led lights, which will help create the right mood for the outdoor windows scenes and street light shots. BECON TV typically loans their equipment for at least a week, which gives me enough time to complete all of my scenes. I am very thankful to BECON TV for allowing me to use their equipment, without their support this project would have been harder to accomplish.
