Hey everyone! Today, I want to talk about how I chose the title for my short film. Coming up with the perfect name was harder than I expected. I wanted something simple but also intriguing. The title needed to match the eerie and suspenseful feeling of the film. After thinking about different options, I finally decided to go with "Lost Signal."
I chose Lost Signal because it perfectly fits the storyline. The film is about a character who suddenly loses connection to the world, both online and in real life. The Wi-Fi stops working, messages won't send, and then a mysterious figure appears. The words "Lost Signal" make people think of being disconnected, lost, or alone, which is exactly what the main character in this film experiences. A good title should make people curious, and I believe Lost Signal does that. If I had more time, I might've explored other names, but this one feels right.
